This privacy policy describes how Odyssey collects, uses, and discloses your personal information.
We value customer privacy, and only collect and share information when necessary.
1.1 - Website
When you use our website, there are tracking analytics that let us know what pages you visit, and how you use the website.
We use Plausible Analytics, which is a privacy focused analytics provider that does not track your usage across other websites. We have chose to pay for this tool rather than using more invasive analytics trackers like Google Analytics which are free.
1.2 - Customer Data & Personal Information
We also may collect some of this information when you fill out a contact form, submit a support ticket, email/call/text us.
This information is stored in Odoo which manages most of our customer information, however may also be stored in Wordpress, depending on where in the website you submit this information. The personal information collected allows us to process your payment information, arrange for shipping, communicate with you regarding an online enquiry or order, provide you with order confirmations and screen our orders for potential risk of fraud.
As you go through checkout, this site may auto-complete your shipping and billing address by sharing what you type with the Google Places API and returning suggestions to you to improve your checkout experience. When you place an order through the site, or contact us via any means, we will retain your Personal Information for our records unless and until you ask us to erase this information.
1.3 - Minors
We do not intentionally collect personal information from minors.
